  • San Francisco Pier 40

Pier 40 is a Port of San Francisco public dock at Townsend and Embarcadero, next to AT&T Ballpark (Pier 39 is 2.4 miles north). Pier 40 is a remote departure for the Freda B and available for private charters only.

Boarding at Pier 40 is currently located on the south (right) side of the large building that is seen from the street. One of our crew, dressed in a brightly-colored Freda B shirt, will walk up to the street level parking lot and meet your group. We will also provide a phone number before your charter to make coordination with the captain and crew simple.

    Parking

There are many private pay lots in the vicinity of the pier, with one of the largest lots located at Brannan and the Embarcadero. Price surging applies depending on the Giants schedule and other local events.

Parking is also available in city owned metered spots along the Embarcadero and the surrounding area. Meters accept credit cards. Surge pricing applies to these as well.

There is no parking available in the Pier 40 parking lot. Please allow adequate time to find parking on a game and special event days.

The dock itself does not have an address, but Pier 40 is commonly recognized by most apps.

Google Maps work with: 89 King St, San Francisco, CA 94107.)
