Paella, a celebrated rice dish from the Valencia region of Spain, was created by Moors on the eastern coast of Spain. It is now prepared in every region of the country, using many unique and distinctive ingredients. Now, our Chef creates it fresh on the island for you!

Angel Island Paella – our Chef creates it fresh in impressive 4-foot pans while you hike, relax and enjoy your island surroundings.
This traditional dish is made with chicken and seafood, sofrito (cooked onions, tomatoes & whole garlic) followed by a parade of pacific seafood and vegetables. the dish is gradually layered, adding the seafood last, white fish, mussels & shrimp. served with fresh green salad and soft french rolls
